Dorothy Norris is an accomplished Legal Assistant based in Anchorage, Alaska, with over a decade of experience in litigation support. Known for her meticulous file organization and intuitive ability to anticipate the needs of attorneys and clients, Dorothy brings precision, empathy, and dedication to every case she supports.

Her professional journey began in the service industry before she pursued an Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies from Charter College. After completing a five-week internship with a local law firm, she transitioned into full-time legal work in 2014. Dorothy’s passion for understanding human behavior led her to continue her education at Southern New Hampshire University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2018 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology.

Currently, Dorothy is advancing her academic and professional goals by pursuing a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology at Alaska Pacific University, with plans to continue on to earn a Doctorate. Her long-term vision is to integrate her legal expertise with psychological insight to better serve individuals navigating complex legal and emotional challenges.

Outside of her professional life, Dorothy is a devoted animal lover and active volunteer in local shelters and rescue organizations. Her compassion, organizational excellence, and commitment to lifelong learning make her a standout contributor in both legal and mental health fields.
